1. Discovery Call (45 minutes)

We discuss your agency, client mix, current production challenges, and how a white label partnership would work for you. No pressure—this is fact-finding.

2. Paid Test Project (50% Cost)

We do one client project at 50% of normal cost. You evaluate quality, turnaround, and fit. If you're not happy, no commitment to continue.

3. Formalize Partnership

Sign NDA and service agreement. Set up your domain email for me. Add me to your project management system. Define processes and preferences.

4. First Full Month

You introduce me to clients as "Senior Creative on your team." I deliver 4-8 projects. We refine workflow based on your feedback.

5. Ongoing Partnership

Monthly retainer. Regular check-ins. Continuous production support. You focus on client relationships and strategy. I focus on flawless execution.

6. Our Quality Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the test project quality, you don't pay the second 50%. If at any point in the first 90 days you're unhappy, cancel with no penalty. Your satisfaction is our only metric.
